Sunflowers

White clouds have encircled a mountainside.  

A sea of sunflowers is a magnificent spectacle under the clouds floating

in the wind.

For the love toward the sun, the whole body opens its petals: one, two, 

and its broad face is filled with seeds

Sunflowers raising their tired shoulders to the sun.

Our love for the Lord who will come through the clouds in the sky, 

enables us to pray and to endure, and the love will bear many seeds 

by the faith of a saint waiting for the Lord who will come at the end of the age.
